Error Login - The Group Policy Client Service Failed The Logon

Once time a our user cannot login to her PC with error "The Group Policy Client Service Failed The Logon - access denied". I try to change the password the user from domain server but still don't fix.

Then i try login to PC with local administrator and delete the user folder who problem login in C:/Users, the problem solved.
